When a company is in distress, it is not ‘business as usual.’ Specialized knowledge and experience is required. Decisive and proactive solutions must be generated and implemented in a time sensitive manner. Management, which may be well-suited for operations in a normal operating environment, is likely ill-equipped to deal with the unique environment of a restructuring. The demands of that environment require a team of experienced advisors to manage the crisis and to see, set and steer a course that will result in a reinvigorated company in a timely and cost effective manner.
RnR is a firm of seasoned advisors - expert in turnaround and crisis management situations – dedicated to helping companies and stakeholders cope with the unique environment of economic crisis and to maximizing value for stakeholders through restructuring, asset recovery and, where necessary, bankruptcy and liquidation. Our team of professionals have the experience and knowledge necessary to know when and how to act to assure the best outcome possible. |
